The Caulkheads is a famous Island landmark family pub located just off the beach in Sandown. Specialising in looking after the younger one's amongst us including large gardens with pirate ship, bouncy castle and indoor ball park. Serving popular homemade stone-baked pizzas, alongside traditional dishes and well kept ales. New for 2018 is the Silent Cinema where you can leave your little ones in safety to watch programmes and movies with headsets whilst you do the relaxing! New also for 2018 is the unlimited Ice Cream Factory for £3.50. A must visit if you have a young family.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown.
