This gentle walk is designed to help you connect with nature on a deeper level, with opportunities for mindfulness, meditation, and sensory experiences along the way.
We'll finish with light aerobics to get the heart rate up, suitable for all fitness levels.
If the weather takes a turn, we'll still meet and enjoy indoor nature-themed arts and crafts, incorporating many of the same wellbeing and relaxation techniques.
