Homemade sourdough bread is a staple of The Garlic Farm Restaurant menu, accompanying many of our favourite dishes.
Join us for a 3 hour workshop and learn how to make delicious sourdough at home.
During this workshop you will learn:
- The origins, history and health benefits of sourdough.
- How to make and maintain your own starter from scratch.
- How to bake sourdough loaves in a domestic oven.
- Other culinary uses for sourdough starter.
The workshop is £85 per person and will include:
- Hands-on learning.
- Sourdough scraper.
- Sourdough loaf to take away and bake at home.
- Sourdough starter to continue baking at home.
- A light supper with sourdough tasters.
- Free tea and coffee.
