With the warmth of the fire nearby, and the quiet hush of the trees around you, this session invites you to slow down, soften, and simply be.

You'll be cocooned in a hammock as Mel from Echo Me Sound Therapy guides you through a deeply calming sound bath,,, a soothing journey of vibration, breath, and presence.

This is time just for you.

Time to rest, to receive, and to reconnect with the part of you that often gets lost in the busyness of everyday life.

We'll gently close the evening gathered around the fire with warm drinks and something sweet ...a simple, cosy moment to ground before heading home.

Instructions

Please arrive 10 mins before the start, we will meet in the car park at Haylands Farm car park

There is parking available on Haylands Farm premises.

A pillow and blanket will be provided along with your hammock, but do wear layers to keep warm and bring any extras - more blankets and pillows, a sleeping bag or even a hot water bottle.

Bring a journal & pen

☕️ Herbal Tea or Hot Chocolate will be provided, no need to bring a mug.

If I need to cancel due to bad weather or any other reason, I will issue a refund. In all other cases spaces are non-refundable.
