A Woodland Midsummer experience combining Aufguss Sauna ritual and an immersive Gong & Sound Bath designed to help you unwind, reset and reconnect.

Join Spirit Sauna & Echo Me Sound Therapy for a unique woodland experience combining traditional Aufguss Sauna Ritual with immersive sound. You'll experience guided heat, aroma and steam through the Aufguss ceremony, with the option of a cold plunge and a nourishing Gong & Sound Bath with Symphonic Gongs, Crystal bowls, Singing bowls & Chimes in this beautiful setting.

We will be offering a small snack and drink in the break between Sound and Sauna.

Sound can work on both an Emotional and Physical level. Many participants 'drift off' and experience dreamlike states, whilst others simply enjoy a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Sound Therapy is wonderfully passive; no experience needed – all you need to do is turn up, get comfy and relax.

Experiences may include deep relaxation, nervous system calming, increased warmth and circulation, muscle easing, tension release, improved sleep, mental clarity and a stronger sense of grounding and presence through heat, aroma, rhythm and sound.

⏰ ON THE DAY:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at start time. No late admissions.

Visitor Parking is available onsite however, there will be a short walk to the Sauna & Sound area.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a towel, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a change of clothes for after the sauna. You may also wish to bring a blanket or anything additional to help you get cosy for the Sound Bath.

Please ensure you have paid for parking if required.

Please note: this event may not be suitable for those with seizures, pacemakers, unmanaged mental health issues, certain cardiovascular conditions or those who are pregnant. Please see my website for a full list of contraindications. Age 14+.
