Get ready to launch your summer holidays with a spectacular celebration at Summer Warm-Up on Wednesday 22 July 2026, an action-packed event at Blackgang Chine, the Isle of Wight’s iconic clifftop theme park. 

Designed to be a joyous fusion of high-energy entertainment, cliffside views, music and foam, this much-anticipated event promises an unforgettable experience for families, friends, couples and visitors of all ages.

While the park opens for regular daytime fun from 10am, it stays open late into the evening until 9pm, giving you the chance to enjoy a full day of Blackgang’s rides before the night’s sensational party gets underway. Last entry is at 8pm, so there’s plenty of time to soak up both the daytime excitement and evening atmosphere. 

Daytime entertainment 

The festivities kick off during the daytime in Cowboy Town, where Wild West entertainment unfolds much like the park’s Summer Fest Wednesdays. Between 11am and 3pm you can enjoy:

• Live cowboy shows featuring gripping storytelling, dynamic characters and action-packed performances. 
• Exciting shootouts and showdowns adding theatrical flair for kids and adults alike. 
• An immersive cowboy atmosphere, perfect for photos, laughs and engaging live performance moments. 

Foam, music and park magic

As the sun begins to set over the southern cliffs of the Isle of Wight the event transitions into its after-hours celebrations. The heart of the evening takes place at Pirate Cove, where the full-scale foam party bursts into life, expect memorable night:

• Massive foam cannons firing, creating a bubbly, fun environment of laughter and dancing. 
• Live DJ sets, with DJ Our Girl G delivering upbeat summer anthems that keep the energy high and everyone moving throughout the evening. 
• Guests of all ages joining in. Children, teens, adults and even well-behaved dogs on leads (yes, four-legged friends are welcome),  enjoy the bubbly action together.
