If you're planning a wedding for 2026 (or beyond) and are looking for a venue on the Isle of Wight, this open-day event at East Afton Farmhouse is certainly worth your calendar. On Saturday 24 January 2026, we are hosting private tours of the venue from 11:00 to 16:00.
What you can experience

Private Tours (11:00-16:00):

You'll be welcomed with a glass of fizz while you have a guided tour of the barns. You can then explore the house & gardens at your own pace. The venue will be dressed as it would be for a wedding, including ceremony and reception spaces, so you can really visualise your big day. Also grab a chance to browse our in-house prop and stationery items on display.

Tour slots need to be booked in advance via email or telephone.

Tips to make the most of it

• Arrive with a check-list and questions!
• Bring some photos or mood-board ideas of your style (rustic, modern barn, outdoor ceremony etc) — this helps when talking to us about how we might be able to help customise the space for you.

• Ask about the deposit & booking process during the open day: how long dates are held, what the next steps are if you like the venue.
