Historic 17^th century Jacobean manor house which has been extensively refurbished and modernised, offering a range of flexible group accommodation options. Northcourt House (north wing with 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms) and Little Northcourt (west wing with 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms) each provide self-catering accommodation for up to 18 or 14 adults in separate or adjoined wings, or over 36 people if rented together. The main house (east wing) offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a further 3 bedrooms operated separately by John and Christine Harrison.

Visitors can play games in the 3 acre paddock and stroll through the outstanding 15 acres of garden to the Crown pub, village and downland walks. The property has open fires and wood burning stove, and full central heating, with a large function room which can comfortably seat 40 people.

Ideal for big family gatherings, birthday celebrations, walking holidays and those enjoying the peaceful setting in a historic house.
