These rates are based on two persons sharing a double/twin bedroom, including full English breakfast.

Single occupancy is available at the room rate less £15. Two night minimum stay at the weekends.

Terms and Conditions
All rates are subject to availability and fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
A number of our rooms allow room for z-beds and cots. Z-beds are £27.50 per night and are for children 12 years and under. Cots are available at £20.00 per night.
Deposit & cancellation policy – 50% of your total stay to be taken as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded up until 14 days before arrival. Once into the 14 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in from 3pm and check-out 11.00am, any changes required by prior arrangement.
We have a NO dog policy.
