'Print a Memory' Lino Print Course @ Quay Arts

'Print a Memory' is a 6-week lino cut printmaking course, exploring mark-making, multiblock printing and various relief printmaking techniques.

The course aims to recreate a fond memory as an illustrated linocut. By the end of the six sessions, participants will create a two or three coloured multiblock edition of their memory-inspired print to keep and share with others.

The course is led by illustrator and printmaker Katie Stone. Katie will share her work, processes and techniques as well as introduce participants to printmakers and illustrators that inspire her.

This course is suitable for beginners or those with some lino printing experience. Katie will show you how to print from home without needing expensive tools and equipment and will support individuals to achieve their printing goals.
