About
Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend at Quay Arts
Experience a fantastic evening of live jazz at Quay Arts as part of the Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend. One ticket gives you access to a full night of performances across two stages, with the freedom to move between the upstairs and downstairs venues. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with seating throughout, or head downstairs where there's plenty of opportunity to dance.
Food will be served downstairs from 6.45pm to 8.15pm.
Upstairs, Esprit Bohème brings the lively sounds of Gypsy Jazz to the stage. Led by French vocalist Olivia Cure, the quartet combines Django-inspired swing with French influences, alongside Hugo Boswell on guitar, Jon Thorn on double bass and Steve Thompson on rhythm guitar.
Downstairs, jazz DJ Jim Kerr will provide music throughout the evening before world-class saxophonist Gary Plumley joins the Jim Thorn Latin Quartet for an energetic performance of Latin jazz featuring Loren Thorn, Jim Thorn, Tom Ford and Ken Black.
The evening concludes with an informal jam session, making this a must-visit event for jazz lovers. As this popular event has sold out in previous years, early booking is recommended.
Please note that tickets are not available directly from the Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend website or from Quay Arts. For booking information, please visit the Quay Arts website using the link provided.
