Step into a curated series of immersive Gong & Bowl sound baths inspired by the nature and natural rhythms of Ventnor. Returning to Ventnor Fringe for a 4th year, Echo Me Sound Therapy presents 4 mid-morning sessions, each carrying its own mood, frequencies and sonic character while remaining connected through the creativity, vibrancy and ever-changing energy the Fringe brings to the town each summer.

Held beneath canvas in the park, these sessions blend the deep resonance of Symphonic Gongs, Singing & Crystal Bowls, Chimes and layered sound textures with the natural backdrop of birdsong, sea air and the gentle rhythm of festival life unfolding outside. The result is a listening experience that feels both grounding and transportive.

What is it?

A Sound Bath, or Sound Journey, is a deeply immersive full-body listening experience where participants lie, or sit comfortably, while Sound and vibration unfold around them. Each session is carefully curated using instruments and note selections drawn directly from the natural frequencies and shifting elements of Ventnor itself; from the sea and surrounding trees to summer flowers in bloom and the warmth and energy of the sun. Layered tones, resonant textures and soundscapes are designed to encourage deep rest and calm. Experiences include deep relaxation, energy shifts, tension release, mind calming, increased focus, improved sleep, and visualisations.

Accessible to both newcomers and returning attendees alike, Fringe Frequencies offers a welcoming space to simply arrive, get comfortable and settle into the Sound.

What do you need to bring?

Please bring mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks or anything else needed for comfort.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at start time. No Late Admissions. Chairs can be requested, in advance, if required.

Please note: this event is not suitable for those with seizures, pacemakers, unmanaged mental health issues or who are pregnant. Please see my website for a full list of contraindications.
