Farm to fork supper at The Garlic Farm

Join us at our first Farm to fork supper, an intimate and innovative dining experience for just 25 guests, celebrating food, farming and flavour.

7 course menu

Our Head Chef Phil Hopkins has designed the 7-course feast to showcase ingredients from our organic fields, our home-reared, pasture for life beef and goat, as well as the very best of local, seasonal produce and our organic garlic. The carefully crafted dishes will be complemented with pairings of organic and English wines.

The menu is subject to change according to availability of ingredients:

• Truffled egg yolk ravioli, pickled oyster mushroom, wild garlic cultured butter Midas Prosecco Extra Dry DOC
• Island cheese custard, artichoke, morel mushrooms, bulgur, sage Adobe Viognier Reserva Organic
• Pigeon faggot, potato, quince, mustard cabbage Gran Cerdo Tempranillo, Gonzalo Gonzalo
• Whipped cashew, beetroot & vanilla sorbet
• Black garlic balsamic marinated ox heart, nettle puree, asparagus, beef jus Ciu Ciu, Rosso Piceno `Bacchus`
• Jerk goat wellington, confit goat croquette, coconut celeriac puree, goat jus Domaine Chante Cigale, Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc
• Walnut and date parfait, chocolate souffle, whisky caramel Fernando de Castilla Classic Pedro Ximenez
