The Old Boat House is an attractive stone cottage with detached annexe, in a stunning position with views across the Solent, on the edge of the Seaview village. 

Jimi Hendrix performed at the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival and is reputed to have stayed at The Old Boat House during his time on the island.

We fell in love with it in 2018 and it has become a family 'home away from home'.

The cottage and annexe sleep between four and ten people in five bedrooms. 

The cottage itself offers two ground floor bedrooms, one with king bed and the second with twin beds, together with a family bathroom. There is an attic room which offers three single beds under the eaves.

The annexe offers a bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor, together with a family bathroom. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a superking bed and an additional single bed.

Between the buildings is a large and recently renovated decked area with space to seat eight to ten people. 

The Old Boat House has a private enclosed garden with steps down to the seafront and parking for two cars.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
