18th Century Threshing Barn converted to a very high standard within 1/2 acre of private garden offering lots of space for children to play safely. Outside decking, bbq and garden furniture. Parking for up to 4 cars.

Sleeps 8 (max 6 adults + 2 children) in four bedrooms, three ensuite plus 1 extra small childrens bathroom.

6ft superkingsize bedroom (zip & link 3ft singles) with en-suite wet room shower. 
5ft kingsize bedroom with en-suite bath with shower over.

First Floor
4.6ft double bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle.
Small childrens' twin room with separate childrens' bathroom.
Cots and highchairs available 

Central heating throughout.

LITTLE BLACK BARN 

Converted Barn all on one level with private garden and parking for 2 cars. Outside decking, bbq and garden furniture.

Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms
Double bedroom 4.6ft bed with en-suite bath.
Twin room with 2 x 3ft singles with en-suite shower.
Main living area is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge.

Underfloor heating throughout.

Both of the properties command fantastic views over large areas of the eastern part of the Island. 1.5 miles to St. Helens beach and corner shop, restaurants etc.  All main supermarkets deliver and there is a Tesco Extra around 3 mins away by car. A footpath/bridleway runs through the farm which makes walking and cycling possible without need to be on a main road. Both properties are provided with linen and towels (not beach) Dogs accepted but upon request.
