Newclose Farm is set in the beautiful West Wight countryside. The cottages are converted from an old dairy farm and have plenty of character including oak beams in the large spacious barn. Thorley is a semi-rural village so the properties benefit from being in a quiet location but still close to local towns, Yarmouth is a 5 minute car journey or you can catch a bus from the corner that takes you to either Newport or up to Alum bay passing through Yarmouth and Freshwater.

The luxury barn is set over 2 floors and is the ultimate in comfort, it sleeps 4 people with plenty of space! It has a large sleigh leather king size bed in the main bedroom then the 2nd bedroom is the same spacious size with two single beds, the bathroom upstairs has both a roll top bath and seperate shower, the whole of the upstairs benefits from underfloor heating and has an amazing oak beamed interior.

Downstairs in the barn there's a large galleried dining room which leads on to a spacious well equipped kitchen on one side then a comfortable lounge area on the other side of the dining area the downstairs has GFCH throughout, right through the middle of the downstairs the large patio doors fold back and opens up the whole dining area to outside, the barn has is own private garden with a table and chair set and gas fired BBQ, the garden leads out onto a shared courtyard area where there is a 6 person hot tub which guests from all the cottages can use. The barn also has enough space outside the front for upto 2 cars which are set inside the farm and off the road .

There are two Dairy cottages on the farm one has 2 bedrooms which is called 1 The Dairy this cottage has a large comfy King size bed in the main bedroom and  full sized bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, the cottage is open plan living for the lounge, kitchen and dining area and benefits from underfloor heating which is nice and toasty on your feet for the colder winter months, it has split level living with the main bedroom on the upper level, with french doors leading out to a lovely raised terrace area with seating and views across Broad lane towards Afton downs, there is an outside private garden with gas BBQ and table and chairs then private parking for up to 2 cars

2 The Dairy is our one bedroomed property and has an open plan dining/kitchen area and a cosy lounge in the middle with french doors leading out onto a private patio area with gas BBQ and a table and chairs set, this also leads onto some double french doors into the main bedroom which has a bathroom with shower leading off it, it also has its own private designated parking space set inside the farm.
