The Coach House at Ivy Hall is open all year. There are lots of lovely walks nearby and is situated on the Coastal Walk. Wootton Creek and The Lake are 1 minute walk with all sorts of wildlife including the occasional seal.

Location
Located at Wootton Bridge which is on the main route, half way between Newport and Ryde, both are about 3 miles away on the no. 9 bus, which runs every 10 minutes. Mill Square has The Sloop Pub which is very handy for all day food and The Lakeside opposite does spa days. There are a few eateries and takeaways close by also Tesco Express, doctor, chemist and couple of other shops.

Ferries
Ferry discounts are available. Wightlink Ferry at Fishbourne is very near and is 1 mile away. Ryde is also close by for the Fastcat and Hovertravel and is just over 3 miles away. The Red Funnel ferry at East Cowes is about 4.5 miles away and the Red Jet is located in Cowes which is just over 8 miles away. The Wightlink ferry at Yarmouth is just over 14 miles away. 

This is a 2 bedroom house at Ivy Hall that has a double and twin bedroom downstairs plus a bathroom. Upstairs is the living area with a fully fitted kitchen that includes dishwasher and induction hob. Linen and towels are supplied, if required. 

The house sleeps 4 and the prices start from £431 per week with Friday to Friday lets. 

Ivy Hall Bed and Breakfast
There is also a B&B next door in an old stone house which has recently been fully renovated with character. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a Junior Suite which has a double bedroom and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. Some rooms can have a spare bed added. All rooms are en-suite with a shower and a couple also have a bath and complimentary toiletries.
