Spinnakers is a luxurious and very comfortable Victorian-era coastal cottage, with exceptional sea views very close to the pretty historic harbour town of Yarmouth. Originally serving as quarters for married officers stationed at the nearby Fort Victoria, Spinnakers retains much of its original historical charm, but has been recently renovated to a very high standard.

Wake up to wonderful panoramic sea views in a super comfy king-sized bed, and the sounds and smells of coastal tranquility. There is a second twin bedroom next door (which overlooks the woodland nature reserve at the rear of the cottage), so the accommodation serves as the perfect choice for a stress-free holiday with the family, with friends or just as a couple. Larger groups can be accommodated together with our other cottages next door.

There are two private gardens at Spinnakers. Leading off the kitchen, the rear garden has wonderful morning and early afternoon sun - perfect for al fresco breakfast or lunch. The front garden, used as a barbecue area, overlooks the sea, and is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the fabulous sunsets over the fort.

Both gardens open out to more nature: the rear gardens to the woodland nature reserve, and a network of paths running through the woods to the beach; and the front garden opens up to a large communal green, which in turn leads to the beach.
