If you are looking for a large holiday house for a family gathering or a group of friends, Orchard House is the perfect choice. It is ideal for celebrating a birthday or anniversary with your family or friends.

Orchard House is a large stone building, situated at the entrance to The Orchards Holiday, Caravan and Camping Park, a five stars park, with excellent facilities. Located in the quiet village of Newbridge, on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Orchard House is surrounded by beautiful countryside with magnificent rural views.
 
First Floor:

• Bedroom 1 - Family Room = Double + two single beds.
• Bedroom 2 - Double room.
• Bedroom 3 - Double room.
• Bedroom 4 - Twin room.
• Shower room and separate WC.

Ground Floor:

• Cloakroom.
• Bathroom, also with W/C and washbasin.
• Spacious lounge with lovely inglenook fireplace, enjoying a sunny aspect. Smart TV. Patio doors out to the garden.
• Modern fully fitted kitchen with dining area including freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
• Enclosed garden and patio area with patio furniture and barbeque.

The house has free acess to the holiday park facilities, including, indoor heated pool and pool side coffee shop, outdoor heated pool (late May to early September), a well stocked shop, take-away, games room, table tennis and children's play area and also free WiFi.

Orchard House provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the facilities of a 5 star holiday park, with the privacy of a high quality, spacious home and garden, with your family or friends.

The house is ideally situated for walking and cycling with many trails from the park. Ask at reception for maps of walking trails. The Isle of Wight has more than 500 miles of marked footpaths and cycle tracks to explore. It is ideally situated for West Wight beaches and there are many local attractions to explore, including Calbourne Mill, Chessell Pottery and Newtown Nature Reserve and Yarmouth harbour. Osbourne House, the summer residence of Queen Victoria is 20 minutes away.
