Little Upton Farm has three stunning self-catering barn conversions sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably, in Ashey, close to Ryde on the North East coast of the Isle of Wight. Standing on a gentle hill overlooking the farm’s 100-acre working farm, with magnificent countryside views out across some wonderful mature parkland towards Culver and Ashey Downs, with glimpses of the sea at Whitecliff Bay. On a clear night enjoy some breath-taking dark skies, perfect for the star gazer in you!  

All three barns have been sympathetically converted into superb self-catering family holiday accommodation. With the sumptuous contemporary furnishings blending beautifully with the barns restored original features. All three barns offer a truly relaxing and comfortable home from home living space. Tithe and Old Byre both sleep up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, all with their own private en-suite bathrooms, and a comfortable open plan living space, with log burning stove, dining and seating for 6, and a well thoughtfully equipped fitted kitchen. Both offer a ground floor bedroom accommodating creating an accessible bedroom for guests who would prefer not to climb the stairs. Tithe and Old Byre have an adjoining door, so opened up, they can accommodate 12 people comfortably. The Cote is hidden behind a charming private walled courtyard garden, with the entrance into this stunning barn via a side patio French door.  As you walk into the beautiful open plan living area, you cannot miss the charming galleried landing, with timbers reclaimed from Winston Churchill’s beloved Chartwell House. The sitting area has an electric log burning effect fire and exposed old oak beams and wooden flooring and views into your private garden. The dining area provides seating for six. At the far end of the 32ft room is the thoughtfully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. Two steps lead up to a small galleried landing where you will find the two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suites and rear doors. 

Outside Tithe and Old Byre have their own private terrace area with table, chairs and a charcoal bbq, a few steps take you down to the shared lawned area for all three barns, with picnic benches and children’s toys. Outside the Cote you will find a private walled courtyard with charcoal BBQ, a couple of steps take you up to a secluded fenced decked terrace and lawn, with table and chairs.

Enjoy some really picturesque countryside walks, sit awhile and relish some birdwatching. You might be lucky enough to spot one of our White-Tailed Eagles, or a beautiful red squirrel. 

The golden sands of Ryde beaches are within a short drive (nearest 2 miles). Sailing, golf, fishing, riding, shops, restaurants and pubs within 2 miles (Ryde). Seaview 3 miles.

 The barns also offer two electric vehicle car charging points in the private parking area for your convenience.
