Amongst the 35 acre grounds of Calbourne Water Mill, one of the Island's main attractions, there are luxury eco lodges, traditional cottages and a campsite.

Luxury eco lodges
These are eco-friendly, detached holiday homes provide plenty of light and space. They are fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The lodges are located overlooking woodland, a stream and countryside. 

Traditional cottages
There are three delightful holiday cottages to choose from. The Mill House provides the perfect location right in the centre of the Calbourne Water Mill grounds. The cottage sleeps 6 and is fully equipped for your stay. 

The Mill Cottage and Riverside Cottage are two charming holiday cottages tucked behind the water mill and next to a fenced stream. Both cottages sleep 4 (2 adults in a double bedroom leading to another room with 1 bunk for two children). There is also a sofa bed on the landing. 

Touring and Campsite
The campsite is set within 35 acres of Calbourne Water Mill with views of the Solent and surrounding countryside. It's the perfect place to watch the stars at night. 

There is the option to pitch a tent or bring your own caravan/campervan. Camping facilities include toilets, chemical disposal point, water standpipes and shower. Sorry there are no electric hookups. Dogs are welcome on the campsite but must be kept on leads. 

Dog friendly - all of the accommodation welcomes dogs.

Free entry - entrance to the mill and grounds are included in your stay. 

Calbourne Water Mill
Calbourne Water Mill is the only working Water Mill on the Isle of Wight. It grinds Isle of Wight Grain into Flour and Oats using only the power of water. This flour and oats are sold online and in the cafe. The Water Mill has been milling for over 1,000 years.

Within the 35 acres of stunning rural landscape there are doves, ducks, waterfowl and the friendly peacocks wandering freely. Dogs are allowed on site. 

You will also find museums on site, including Grandmas kitchen containing kitchen equipment through the ages. Granfers shed with tools from the past. The old bakery. The vintage television and camara room. The war museum full of memorabilia and finally the fire station containing a fire engine.

The onsite cafe is a converted 17th century cattle barn and you can still see the marks where the cows rubbed against the pillars! Treat yourself to a slice of cake or purchase the full range of local produce available from the water mill including muesli, porridge oats and flour. There are also home made jams, chutneys and freshly baked bread.
