Free admission, free park and ride
Preceded on the Wednesday evening (Dec 6th) by the special "Lights of Love " carol service in Brighstone Church at 7pm to which all are welcome, the Brighstone Christmas Tree Festival opens the next day in all seven locations.
A myriad of attractions awaits you to put you in the festive mood. FREE PARK & RIDE; FREE ADMISSION; AND FREE MULLED WINE WHILE STOCKS LAST.
Over 220 theme decorated trees in seven venues (Brighstone Church, the Methodist Church, The Wilberforce Hall, The Three Bishops Pub, The Reading Rooms, Mottistone Church and the Isle of Wight Pearl). Plus children's trees in the library and a Santa's Snowy Grotto. Musical entertainment, concerts, carol singing, craft fairs, cake raffles, a mini market, Winter Wonderland with Santa's Snowy Grotto, Lace-making Demonstrations, hand bell ringing and a fantastic outdoor Nativity Pageant performed with local cast and musicians. All Concerts during the festival and into the following week in Brighstone Church set against the stunning backdrop of all the trees.
Free Mulled Wine in the Social Club! - Friday, Saturday and Sunday (12pm - 4pm). Isle of Wight Pearl will donate 50p to the festivals chosen charities on your behalf for every cup poured.
Christmas Crepes in the Scout Hut - Sunday (11am - 4pm) - handmade while you wait!
Winter Wonderland in the Exchange! - Come and visit Santa for FREE between 11 and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Play in our Winter Wonderland with photo opportunities to capture those family Christmas moments.
In short, something for everyone and a great day out for the family.
Park and Ride - the free park and ride will operate from the Isle of Wight Pearl and Brighstone Holiday Village on the Military Road into Brighstone village. Hop onto one of our mini buses which will take you to the Methodist Church to start your tour. Buses arrive and depart from there every 15-30 minutes. The service is 10am to 5.30pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A second FREE shuttle service is from The Three Bishops which will take you to Mottistone and back. So you can leave your car free of charge and relax.
