The Lunch box café is situated in a beautiful Victorian building on the corner of Clarence road and York Avenue in East Cowes. The café has a fresh feel to it with a warm and friendly atmosphere created by Olivia and her staff who will always do their best to ensure you have a great experience and most importantly a satisfied appetite.
 
The menu offers a wide variety including cooked breakfasts for both small and larger appetites and using only top quality ingredients, served between 9am and 12pm. Throughout the day they offer made to order baguettes, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salad and pasta pots and toasties, where you can choose from a range of homemade fillings to suit your taste buds. Homemade soup is also a popular choice throughout the winter months. 
 
All of this can be enjoyed with a selection of drinks, including coffees made using Island Roasted coffee and if you opt for a pot of tea this can be served in real china teapots and teacups.  There is always a selection of cakes and treats including gluten free options and they will endeavor to help with any other special dietary requirements you may have.  
 
While the large windows provide an excellent setting to watch the world go by, anything off the menu is available to takeaway – perfect for those lunch breaks that just aren’t long enough, taking a packed lunch on your journey or just enjoying something you haven’t had to make yourself in the comfort of your own home.
