Head Chef Matt Egan – formerly Head Chef at The Royal Hotel – has created an exceptional dining experience that reflects our values, commitment to the local community and ethical food sourcing.
He believes that using locally sourced ingredients is the key to creating delicious dishes.
That’s why House Cowes only use Isle of Wight produce as much as possible, and their team of talented chefs are dedicated to harnessing, preparing, and carefully crafting each dish with this ethos in mind.
Head Chef Matt explained: “It is absolutely imperative we use Island-based products on our menu not only to support local suppliers but to showcase what the Island has to offer.
“With our skill and these amazing products, we promise to give you an experience to remember.”
The artistry on the plate is exquisite and the aromas are enhanced through the immersive dining experience delivered in person by Matt as he cooks and gives dishes final flourishes in the open kitchen.
