A warm welcome awaits from Lesley and Colin at their guest house, which is quietly situated in a side road just off the High Street of the picturesque Shanklin Old Village.

Seaside location

Just a 10-minute walk down to the beach, you can take a stroll along the promenade or sit and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink. Also within easy walking distance of the guest house is the local town, Shanklin Chine, Shanklin Theatre and a wealth of places to eat and drink.

Fully furnished rooms

All rooms are en suite, individually furnished and equipped with fridge, flat screen smart TV with Freeview, hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, fan, and radio alarm clock. Of six available rooms, four are standard double or twin, two are superior rooms - one with a four-poster bed, one with a whirlpool bath and separate shower en suite. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Relaxing and spacious areas

The guest lounge on the ground floor is available all day. Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room, also on the ground floor. Breakfast is offered from an extensive menu, which includes traditional full English. Special dietary needs can be catered for – please notify any dietary requirements when making your booking.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Ryde (Esplanade), straight along the Esplanade to the boating lake, follow the road round to the right onto A3055 to Sandown, A3055 to Shanklin.
