Road Directions

From Red Funnel East Cowes ferry terminal go straight across at the roundabout and follow the main road out of East Cowes. Bear left at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the first exit towards Ryde (A3054). After 1 mile turn right at traffic lights (The Cedars Public House is on the corner). Follow the road to mini roundabout turn left to Robin Hill straight over at the next mini roundabout past Hare & Hounds and straight over at the traffic lights following road down to T-junction. Turn left at the T-junction onto A3056. Go through Arreton to Apse Heath and at mini roundabout (Post Office and shop on the right) turn left into Alverstone Road. At the second junction on the left (Skinners Lane), the main road bears to the right. About 500 yards further on the road bears to the left, Borthwood Lane is on your right. Turn right down Borthwood Lane following arrow direction under the lane sign. Elm, Oak and Rose Cottages are approx. 400 yards down the lane - 9th property driveway on the left.

From Fishbourne: out of terminal to traffic lights, turn right to Newport. At next set of traffic lights turn left (The Cedars Public House is on the corner) and follow the road to mini roundabout. Turn left to Robin Hill. Now follow instructions as above.

From Yarmouth: take: A3054 to Newport. Leave Newport on A3020 then A3056 to Sandown. 5.5 miles from Newport you will reach Apse Heath mini roundabout. Now follow instructions as above.

Public Transport Directions

From Ryde: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 2 or 3 bus route.
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2, 3 or 8.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 Newport and change to No. 2, 3 or 8.
