The stunning view of Ventnor beach from the balcony is the first thing you notice in this lovely five star standard luxury apartment accommodating four, which is furnished in contemporary style.

Beach View Apartment is situated in a quiet location at the western end of Ventnor Bay. The beach and famous Spyglass Inn are two minutes walk away and it takes about five minutes to walk to the shops.

The balcony has a table and chairs and is great for watching the world go by. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with oak flooring. Full-fibre Wi-Fi is provided throughout (although you will need to bring your own laptop).

The living area has a leather settee and chairs, HD Freesat widescreen Smart TV, DVD player, hifi and books. A patio door opens out onto the balcony overlooking the beach.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch and Neff appliances, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, double oven/grill, full sized dishwasher and washer/drier. There’s also a microwave, toaster, kettle and a full selection of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. There’s a round dining table seating four which can be extended if you have guests.

The bathroom is fully tiled with ceiling spotlights, separate full sized bath and power shower. There’s a double bedroom (with king size bed) and a twin. Both have a sea and beach view, ceiling spotlights, radio alarms, plenty of storage and bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment has its own front door and a dedicated parking space with pay as you go EV charger. As there is a flight of stairs from the front door to the accommodation it is not well suited to guests with limited mobility.

Lettings are normally for whole weeks, Saturday to Saturday, in the summer season. The apartment is available for short breaks and whole weeks during the rest of the year.
