Our flagship property, Island Bordeaux, at Fairway Holiday Park features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge with WiFi and 50" Smart TV, and a private decking area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail has been designed with guests in mind, ensuring you feel at home the moment you arrive.

Red Squirrel Lodge is a beautifully decorated two bedroom caravan at Fairway Holiday Park. The fully equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge with a Smart TV, sound bar and WiFi is perfect for those cosy evenings after a day of exploring the Isle of Wight. Soak up the sunshine on the outside south-facing wrap around sun deck, complete with outdoor furniture, an ideal spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining. 

Our Island Retreat caravan based at Fairway Holiday Park offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Inside you'll find two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright open plan lounge and dining area. 

Historic apartment in Niton

The Old Rectory Retreat is a stylish, period apartment brimming with character and history. Once the Niton Rectory this property has welcomed distinguished guests including King Charles II, who stayed here in 1675. This ground floor apartment features exposed wooden beams with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a charming open plan lounge and dining area. The south facing, enclosed garden is a suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or simply unwinding after a day of adventure.
