Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty our working farm occupies an idyllic setting on the beautiful Isle of Wight, which is now a UNESCO biosphere.
A warm welcome awaits guests in our spectacular newly built barn conversion in addition to our existing holiday homes which have welcomed guests for over 15 years.
Whilst access is level the building is elevated ensuring stunning views over the surrounding farmland. The peace and tranquillity are only broken by sheep calling their lambs and the waterfowl on the nearby lake.
This countryside getaway has been decorated in a modern, neutral style and strikes a balance between classic and contemporary.
Carpets in the 5 en suite twin and double bedrooms are 100% Swalewick (Swaledale/Herdwick cross) wool sourced from a family firm in Cumbria.
Harris tweed headboards and runners complement wool from the fleeces of our own flocks which has been handwoven into cosy throws, cushions and bedroom blinds.
Beds have pocket sprung mattresses and crisp cream Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure restorative sleep.
Relax in the luxury of the sitting room and enjoy the stunning views through the south facing glass picture windows. A wood burning stove ensures the room is warm and cosy when it’s cold outside.
Wake up to invigorating power showers and complimentary toiletries.
Where possible we have used sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable materials to fulfil our environmentally friendly credentials and encourage guests to recycle where possible.
There is plenty of safe, free parking adjacent to the Barn and the owners live on site.
Lack of light pollution on our farm and in the surrounding area ensures dark skies lit only by stars and the moon.
Sandy beaches are just a short drive, cycle or bus ride away.
