4 The Nab House is a stylishly fabulous two bedroom, two-bathroom, sleeping up to 4, first floor coastal holiday apartment in the popular village of Bembridge on the East Coast of the Isle of Wight. Light and spacious throughout. Private parking for two cars , electrical car charging point and only moments from the beach. Shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
If you’re looking for that touch of luxury, then this superb apartment is a good place to start, offering ample space for four guests plus plenty extra for entertaining as well. Lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you should need through-out your stay, with both bedrooms offering zip link beds, making 4 The Nab House a really versatile and welcoming apartment for all our guests. The master bedroom is set up as a king bedroom, but can be twins on request, and a convenient bijou en-suite shower room with a 900mm square shower, WC and basin, and a Freeview TV with smart stick. Next door is the twin bedroom, which can be a king bed on request, down the hallway there is a vibrant family bathroom, with an L shaped bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC. The open-plan living area has been recently renovated with an extremely tasteful decor creating a wonderfully light, spacious and delicious open plan living room, with fitted kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dining area with a large dining table for 8 people, and a comfortable large four-seater sofa and two soft and snug armchairs, and a large Smart Freeview TV.
Enter via the main front door of The Nab House into a spacious entrance hall which is shared by one other apartment, where you will find space for your coats and boots, there is also an extra fridge and freezer for your personal use, especially useful when entertaining in the garden or on the beach. No 4 is directly ahead of you as you come up the stairs.
Opposite to the main front door is your lawned garden with rattan outdoor sofa, two chairs and table, outdoor dining set and charcoal BBQ.
There is parking for up to two cars, situated on the left-hand side of the house, plus an EV (electrical) car charger.
Beach café and Beach 3 mins walk. Pub Restaurant 0.6 miles. Shop’s 0.4 miles.
