The Salt Pot is a pleasant seaside cottage enjoying sea views from the living room, front bedroom, and the roof terrace. Sleeping 6 guests in three bedroom this cottage is just a 2-minute walk down to the beach at Wheelers Bay, with a level walk along to Ventnor’s scenic beach and seafront. The decked roof terrace enjoys south aspect views across the bay and a north aspect vista towards Ventnor Down, Ventnor’s stunning backdrop.

The three bedrooms are set up as a double, twin, and bunk bedroom, so the accommodation is ideal for a family. Ventnor enjoys a unique microclimate so regular visitors to this lovely Victorian seaside town experience finer weather on average.

Although St Catherine’s Street has limited parking there is a free car park [subject to site conditions] available for visitors and residents alike. The Salt Pot is very handy for the local beaches and coastal walks, and it is also in proximity to the town and all the amenities provided. Bus stops link Ventnor with the rest of the Island and the famous Blackgang Chine theme park is a 15-minute drive away. Ventnor has a unique hilly and tiered landscape to keep the most active of people on their toes, but this landscape is picturesque and fascinating and will make for a wonderful. Benefitting from a comfortable living space on the ground floor with open plan kitchen area, it is a perfect sociable space. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a ground shower room, both with WCs. Well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, this home will perfectly suit families looking for a home from home, seaside break.
