A large unique home from home, The Pool House, is set in a rural environment with half an acre of private grounds and is a haven for wildlife.  It also has a rope swing for the kids. The rear garden includes two decking areas with table, chairs and additional seating.

Situated very close to Godshill, on a main bus route with connection to the whole island. Easy access to nearby beaches at Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor with all amenities.

Located in a peaceful setting between picturesque Godshill & Shanklin, this attractive and incredibly large, detached, single storey holiday bungalow offers space and comfort in abundance!

There is a large living room/dining room with log burner with two sets of patio doors opening onto the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite, a second double boasting a freestanding bathtub with garden views and a twin bedroom. There is also a separate wet room and an additional toilet.

The Pool House features a large garden with a woodland surroundings and a pretty stream. Two decked areas provided the perfect outdoor spaces, one for dining with a BBQ and optional hot tub, and another is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying drinks at sunset.

A private hot tub in the garden provides a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury, whether you’re soaking at sunset, enjoying the clear night sky, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. Optional hot tub for £90, if you’d like to add it to your stay.

Accessible holiday home

The Pool House is disabled-friendly and features a fully accessible wet room with toilet and wash hand basins. The property is all on one level and suitable for disabled access via a front door ramp with wheelchair width doors throughout.

Located in the attractive village of Sandford, The Pool House is within easy reach of all the amazing attractions this beautiful island has to offer. The quaint village of Godshill is just 1 mile away and the amazing beaches of Ventnor, Sandown and Shanklin are all within a few minutes drive. Along with breathtaking coastal walks and cycle ways all around, there are a whole host of pretty villages, coves and bays within easy reach.

Numerous attractions across our island include botanic gardens, glass blowing, National Trust homes, museums, wildlife centres, The Needles, St. Catherine’s Lighthouse at nearby Niton, Cowes and Yarmouth harbours, Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House.

Outdoor pursuits include excellent scenic walking, cycling, riding, sailing, fishing and golf.

The Pool House is ideally located, with a shop just ½ mile away and a nearby pub and restaurant only 1 mile away, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a night out.
