Situated in Ventnor Botanic Garden, Signal Point is a beautifully restored Victorian cottage nestled amongst the exotic plants and trees in our Arid garden. The elevated positioning offers beautiful views across the garden and out to sea. With a wealth of period details, Signal Point has three elegantly decorated bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen-diner and a light and airy living room.
This accommodation is offered on a self-catered basis; the kitchen-diner is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, perfect for those stay-at-home evenings with the family. Leading on from the kitchen, the lounge gives a homely feel, complete with a television and log-burning fire for chilly winter nights, plus large windows allowing you to enjoy the fantastic views whilst cosy next to the fire.
The master bedroom, with arguably the best views in the cottage, has an en-suite bathroom, complete with a luxurious roll-top bath. The second bedroom, located downstairs is a double room and is accompanied by an en-suite shower room, suitable for those who require disability access. The third bedroom is a very spacious twin bedroom with separate bathroom facilities just down the hall.
The outdoor space of this cottage is great for the summer months, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture you could spend your holiday here in the unique microclimate of the Ventnor Undercliff, surrounded by the tranquil environment of the Island’s only Botanic Garden.
