Set in a peaceful rural location just a short distance from the coast, the site offers you an opportunity to enjoy some of our island’s most impressive scenery while benefiting from modern camping facilities.

Fully serviced caravan and motorhome pitches

Downsview has a small and exclusive layout and offers just five fully serviced hard-standing pitches, ensuring you have plenty of space and privacy during your stay. Each pitch is carefully designed to provide convenience and comfort.

Every pitch benefits from:

• Electric hook-up facilities.
• Individual water standpipes.
• Grey water disposal points.
• Spacious positioning between pitches.

These facilities allow you to enjoy a comfortable camping experience while still appreciating the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. The limited number of pitches also helps maintain the peaceful atmosphere that you may seek when visiting the Isle of Wight. 

Excellent on-site facilities

In addition to the serviced pitches, the site provides a dedicated chemical toilet disposal point and a convenient drive-over disposal point for grey waste. These facilities are particularly useful for motorhome owners and help ensure a comfortable and hassle-free visit. 

Close to the village of Niton

Although Downsview enjoys a peaceful countryside setting, it is less than a mile from the village of Niton, making it easy for you to access essential amenities during your stay. Niton offers a range of useful local services and facilities, including a well-stocked village store, a café, a traditional pub, a pharmacy, and a post office.
