*General Pricing – Clevelands Country House
Our base rate for Clevelands Country House starts from £400 per night, based on standard occupancy.
Rates vary seasonally. During peak summer school holidays and major Island events, prices are higher than the base rate. In quieter months, particularly late autumn and early spring, rates may be lower.
Minimum night stays apply and vary according to the time of year. During school holidays and peak periods, weekly stays are preferred. However, alternative lengths of stay may occasionally be available — please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We can accommodate two-night stays, though these are priced at a higher nightly rate due to increased operational and changeover costs. As Clevelands is located in a quiet residential setting with lovely neighbours, we operate a strict no-party policy and aim to maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and the local community.
Weekly stay discounts are available. We also offer winter lets from November through to March (maximum 56 days) at reduced seasonal rates. Please enquire directly to discuss tailored winter pricing.
Dogs are welcome. The first dog stays free with direct bookings; additional dogs are charged at a supplementary rate.
A refundable damage deposit is required for all stays and is returned promptly after departure, provided the property is left clean, tidy and without damage.
For current availability and personalised pricing, please contact us directly.
