Cowes has so much to see and do, with plenty to inspire you during your stay. From long walks along the River Medina, a glorious sunset in Gurnard, as well as sailing and plenty more to explore - you'll never be short of something to do whilst in Cowes.
Jump on a bike and explore Cowes and East Cowes, or just find your way around on foot. Cowes and East Cowes has a wonderful and interesting heritage of boat building, as well as wonderful gardens you can explore - such as Northwood House, or Queen Victoria's gardens at Osborne.
Why not arrive in Cowes via the power of the wind on your boat, arriving in style and enjoying time on shore. There are many great restaurants and boutique shops you can explore – as well as heritage museums so you can find out more about how Cowes got its name. You could even take a trip to Osborne in East Cowes, where Victoria and Abdul was filmed recently.
From cosy little restaurants, to traditional pubs and real ale bars – Cowes and East Cowes has everything you want when you are looking for something to eat or drink.
The Cowes nightlife is something not to be missed, with plenty of pubs to enjoy – perfect for a pub crawl – and don’t miss the unbeatable atmosphere in Cowes during the annual Cowes Week Sailing Regatta in August – as people come from all over the world to party in Cowes.
