AboutOne of the biggest venues on the Island is Shanklin Theatre, which hosts more than 150 shows every year, featuring top names from Comedy, Music, Performing Arts and other entertainment.
The theatre was once used as the Town Hall, but since World War Two has been used for dancing and other types of entertainment.
During the summer season you will usually find a “Best of the West End” production being staged, whilst the Christmas programme regularly features a pantomime – outside of that there is always a hugely diverse programme running, ideal for catching a show during a visit to the Island.
