Charming Detached listed building, formerly the toll cottage for Carisbrooke Castle. Built circa 1810 and delightfully renovated retaining many original features. There is a seating area with garden chiminea for barbecues. The garden is completely fenced and secure for small children.

Accommodation comprises of a dining room, sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Two bedrooms a double and a twin, additional bed if required. Equipment for babies includes cot, highchair and stair gate for toddlers.

10 minute walk to Carisbrooke Castle and nearby countryside of St Georges downs, 20 minute drive to spectacular Compton Bay and West Wight. Short walk to Carisbrooke Village for well stocked corner shop, restaurant and public house and easy access to the town of Newport.
