The Cliff Hall boasts some of the best sea-views of the Island. Superbly situated on the cliffs above Shanklin beach and esplanade. A 4 minute walk to Shanklin High Street, leading to Shanklin old village. The hotel, built in Victorian times, has many original features, including ceilings copied from Osborne House. The public areas are elegant and spacious, designed for comfort. There is a conservatory offering panoramic sea views and a swimming pool, offering sun and seclusion. For entertainment there is a games rooms with snooker, bar billiards, table-tennis tables and of course our spacious bar. Lunch time bar menu available. Some evening entertainment available in high season.

Great savings on the ferry routes are offered throughout the year.

All bedrooms are en-suite and many offer lovely sea views. Every room has a colour digital TV, tea and coffee making facilities and heating. New for Summer 2012 – Junior suites available. These can be booked for max.2 persons and offer more space, king size beds and a separate sitting area. Why not treat yourself.
Two of our suites offer wheelchair access and sea views and have grab rails and seating in the showers. Please enquire at time of booking.

New for 2012 – A la carte casual dining option. Pay as you go! A very extensive menu available of traditional pub food. Can be served in the dining room, bar or Garden ! Available to order from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.(except Sundays) throughout the Summer.
This to accompany our full breakfast menu served between 08.30am to 10.00am where we have a buffet and hot choice available.
Please note on Sunday the kitchen is closed after breakfast .
